4. Liability. We make every effort to ensure that event dates and times are presented accurately and in a timely manner. We shall not be held liable for any time lost by you or for any expenditures made by you due to inaccurate information about an event or the cancellation or rescheduling of an event. It is your responsibility to confirm the date, time, fee, location and all other pertinent information about an event before you make plans to attend.
